This is a view of the house from the front. Ryan chose the exterior colors and texture, and I think that they turned out beautifully.

The kitchen.
The master bedroom.
The “hers” part of the master bath. This is a spectacular space. so light and beautiful. There is a countertop with a sink and a whole other countertop for a vanity. The shower is shared with the “his” bath.
A close up of the shower tile. I remember feeling nervous and excited about choosing tile that was out of my comfort range in terms of color and pattern. I ended up really liking how it turned out.
There is no denying that this, too, is a lovely bath. The “his” bath is, however, somewhat small and cramped compared to the “hers.”
This is the bathroom that is part of the downstairs guest suite. The colors are so different from what I am used to, but Ryan and I both wanted to give the house a more tropical feel.
